I am a 42-year old husband and father. I was an avid computer gamer and DOF, F-stops and the like were foreign to me until my wife introduced me to photography. I began shooting during the latter part of March 2010 and quickly became addicted to it. I started this blog to share my journey and to learn along the way. Special thanks to my wife Eng who encouraged me and to all my friends in Blogosphere who shared their knowledge and taught me to further this craft. |

Gorgeous, along with the click to view one. I really envy your macros.
absolutely stunning photos. so this is what St. John's wort looks like. i've read about its medical uses.
Difficult to make up my mind which one I like more this one or the linked one.
Wow...now that is macro at its finest!
I love the "dreamlike" quality in this shot. Normally your macros are razor sharp, but in this case I think the soft focus works better. Gorgeous!
What can I say? I am speechless .... incredibly beautiful!

Lovely photo. Do check the spelling. It's St. John's Wort.
Superb DoF.
I too had no idea what this plant looked like but now I know. Like others I am aware of it's medical applications and can vouch for it's benefits.
Thanks for this - great learning something new!
May I say it? This is just so very golden! Beautiful.
