I am a 42-year old husband and father. I was an avid computer gamer and DOF, F-stops and the like were foreign to me until my wife introduced me to photography. I began shooting during the latter part of March 2010 and quickly became addicted to it. I started this blog to share my journey and to learn along the way. Special thanks to my wife Eng who encouraged me and to all my friends in Blogosphere who shared their knowledge and taught me to further this craft. |

21st century!... Wonderful portrait!
he is really deep in thought, this is brilliant. you captured his perfectly. I wonder what he was typing, i might have had to ask him. when you take these do you ask for permission to use them? or does that matter where you live. i have seen photos i wanted to take but here we have to have permission signed to use phottos of people. i also wonder how he keeps that laptop on his knee, it would be on the ground if i tried it
Grat shot.. Love his expression. Your photography always gives me something to think on and deeply . Nicely done.
Terrific expression - and there's something interesting about the contrast between his clothes and the sleek laptop.
Wonderfully funny and expressive!
Great caption, Dave! You have a good sense of humor in addition to being an extraordinary photographer!
Perfect title.. love that expression..
You've captured this gentleman in thought very well. One can only imagine what he is contemplating as he sits prepared to share in writing what is on his mind. Wonderful!
