I am a 42-year old husband and father. I was an avid computer gamer and DOF, F-stops and the like were foreign to me until my wife introduced me to photography. I began shooting during the latter part of March 2010 and quickly became addicted to it. I started this blog to share my journey and to learn along the way. Special thanks to my wife Eng who encouraged me and to all my friends in Blogosphere who shared their knowledge and taught me to further this craft. |

I do love morning mist shots and you found such a beautiful and glassy smooth pond. Between the mist with the morning sun lighting it up and the reflections on the water I'd say it just doesn't get much better.
This is beautiful. YOu always capture the most beautiful scenes.

This really does look like a magical fairyland....the shot is awesome. The trees look to me to be practicing their ballet moves bending and stretching. Love it!

Absolutely lovely. I'm reminded of a cruise down the Rhine, during which the vessel started its chug-chugging just as the mist was clearing from the water. Lovely.
