mouse-over the image to view the unedited one. if for some reason the mouse-over is not working you can still view the edited version here and the sooc here.
it was a dull overcast day when this was taken and as expected the original shot was flat.
PP: i worked with the foreground/background and the bike/biker separately, light rendering was also used.

You really are talented... "The Wall" photo is one of my absolute favs!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Have a great day!

Cool picture !!!
I like that you are willing to show us the 'before' photo too. Thanks for that. It gives a budding hobby-photographer hope. Now I only have to learn how to use Photoshop. Which isn't easy at all ;-)
Pretty cool, Mr. Dave. If they gave motorcycle frequent flyer miles I think you would get some for this one!
Very cool picture! You are so good at this:-)
I like what you did with the photo! Nice work!
Not having the patience (or the skill) to work that much in post processing I usually just opt for black and white on days like that. But I love what you've done with this one.
Good thing I scrolled over after..as I thought I couldn't pull it up- nice one!
Hi, Dave. For some reason, I tried different browsers but could not view the edited one, just moused over and saw the unedited. Nice!
Unfortunately I'm like Serline. I've tried both Firefox and IE and only see the unedited version. You've done a great job of panning with the bike for motion blur on the background, I wish I could see the edited one.
Great work as usual Dave - you've brought the drama on an already incredible shot!
It's nice to see both shots. The original is good, but the last is incredible.
Wow, love the movement in this photo! Nice animation, I really like seeing the difference between before and after! Great job, Dave
Thanks for showing the before photo. Love what you've done with it. Nice composition on both of them with the lines on the street and the line of windows, etc.
I really love that effect. Thumbs up!
Great Job, Dave! the edited photo is my favorite. Cool capture!
Thanks for dropping by at my blog.:-)
I love effect you had created for the second edited photo. I give a totally new dimension and perception to the edited one.
Hope you have a nice weekend.
Great motion and the post-processing really makes this pop - great stuff Dave!

Such a cool shot! Great edit!
well I don't know how you could have made this any better! It rocks, plain and simple!
Hi - Here from Before + After.
This is gorgeous as you've edited it! I love the darker, richer vibe, and of course the crop.
I haven't been to your site before, but I'm subscribing. Your photography is amazing.
Simply incredible what you have done with this shot! The colours breeze by the rider with a sense of life in fast motion! Meanwhile, the rider is intent on the journey! Great effects!
And love that bike!
Thanks for joining in Wheels Friday!
